Order Delivery Policy

1. Introduction

At LUCARS AUTO, we aim to ensure that your orders are delivered to you promptly and securely. However, please be aware that delivery times are estimates and are subject to change based on a variety of factors, including shipping carrier delays, incorrect information provided during checkout, and other circumstances outside our control.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated at the time of order placement and may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. While we strive to meet these estimated delivery windows, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates or times. Delivery times are provided by the third-party courier services and are not directly controlled by LUCARS AUTO.

Delivery estimates may also be affected by holidays, weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors that are outside of our control.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the shipping method selected, destination, and weight of the items in your order. These charges will be displayed during checkout. LUCARS AUTO reserves the right to adjust shipping charges at any time, including when shipping costs are updated by the carriers we use.

4. Responsibility for Delivery Information

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete delivery information during checkout. LUCARS AUTO is not liable for any issues that arise from inaccurate, incomplete, or missing information, including delays, non-delivery, or return shipments due to incorrect addresses or contact information provided by the customer.

If the shipping address provided by the customer is invalid or incomplete, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund or request an updated address to re-ship the order at the customer’s expense.

5. Delayed Deliveries

LUCARS AUTO is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers, including but not limited to postal services, courier companies, or other delivery methods used for shipping your order. While we will make every effort to assist in tracking and resolving issues related to delayed shipments, we cannot be held liable for any damages, costs, or inconvenience caused by such delays.

6. Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate and resolve the issue. However, LUCARS AUTO is not liable for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will contact the customer to arrange a reshipment. Any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Delivery to International Locations

We may ship to international addresses, but delivery times may vary greatly depending on the destination country. LUCARS AUTO is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred when delivering products internationally. Customers are responsible for any such charges.

8. Force Majeure

LUCARS AUTO shall not be held responsible for any failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, carrier issues, or any other event of force majeure.

9. Limitation of Liability

In the event that there is any issue with delivery, LUCARS AUTO’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the items that have not been delivered. LUCARS AUTO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or inconvenience caused by any delays or failures in delivery.
