2. Order Cancellation Process

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately via email at support@LUCARSAUTO-srl.com or through our website’s contact form.

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

3. Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. In this case, you will be required to follow our return process if you wish to return the item(s). Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

4. No Refund on Cancellations

Please note that in the event you cancel your order within the allowable time frame, you will not be eligible for a refund. We are unable to provide a refund for canceled orders under any circumstances.

If you decide to cancel your order, the amount paid will be retained by us as a cancellation fee. You may be entitled to return the items as per our Return Policy, but the refund, if any, will be subject to the terms outlined in that policy.

5. Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy

In some rare cases, we may not be able to fulfill a cancellation request, such as when an item is already out of stock, or if we have already begun processing or shipping your order. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide alternatives, such as offering a return or exchange instead of a cancellation.
